BBC Radio4’s ‘Frontiers’ which series looks into new ideas and developments in science – talking directly to the scientists and thinkers responsible, as well as hearing from their critics has looked into this very area in their ‘powers of unconscious’ programme, which aired on 20th November.  Professor Anil Seth, Co-Director of the Sackler Centre for Conscious Science at Sussex University was one of the expert contributors to ‘Powers of the Unconscious’ – discussing how modern neuroscience, and the measuring of brain activity during decision making can shed light on exactly how much we rely on our unconscious mind on a daily basis…
